Introduction to Digital Impressions and 3D Printing (CP1) This hands on 3D printing workshop is designed for modern dentists and new owners of Primescan scanners and Primeprint 3D printers.

The dental workshop will go through how users can utilize the digital and 3d printing technology to improve patient care by running a completely digital new patient experience. Attendees will learn how to scan intraorally using the Primescan, as well as utilize the scan to communicate with patients and labs through DS Core. Participants will learn how to design and print multiple 3D appliances such as models, splints, surgical guides, provisional restorations, and more. Earn 13 dental CE credits.

Participants Will Learn:

  • How to utilize the Primescan for DI impressions
  • The capabilities of digital impressions
  • How to fully utilize DS Core for file transfer and lab communication
  • How to fabricate study models, working models and implant analog models
  • Understand the workflow to design and 3D print splints
  • Learn to print single and multi unit surgical guides
  • Learn to design and print provisional crowns and bridges with inLab CAD 22 and CAM 22
