Your education voucher(s) will be sent to you by Dentsply Sirona via email after your qualifying equipment purchase — so make sure your contact information on file with your Dentsply Sirona representative is current. Once received, you have 12 months from the date of issuance to schedule and attend your workshop. Vouchers must be presented at the time of workshop registration and are subject to availability, so we recommend scheduling early to secure your preferred date and location.

Your one-year CDOCS Resident membership is included automatically with your Clinical Accelerator purchase and is set up in conjunction with your voucher delivery from Dentsply Sirona. You will receive an email from CDOCS to help get you started with your membership. Your Resident membership gives you access to CDOCS’ full online platform, including clinical resources across CEREC, Restorative, Orthodontic, Endodontic, Implant, and CBCT curriculums.

Yes — with one important condition. Vouchers may only be transferred to another qualified, licensed dentist within the same practice as the original purchaser. They cannot be transferred to doctors outside your practice, resold, or exchanged for cash. Please note that cancellation or non-attendance due to illness or personal or professional reasons does not entitle you to a refund or transfer of registration. If you have questions about a specific transfer situation, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
