CDOCS is the world’s largest community and continuing education platform for modern, digitally focused dentists. Founded in 2006, it serves general dentists and dental specialists who want to master digital dentistry, including CAD/CAM (CEREC), cone beam imaging, endodontics, orthodontics, sleep therapy and implants. Whether you’re brand new to digital tools or a seasoned practitioner looking to sharpen your skills, CDOCS has a membership tier and educational pathway designed for you.
CDOCS has a close partnership with Dentsply Sirona, the global leader in dental technology and maker of the CEREC system. CDOCS is the exclusive education partner for Dentsply Sirona technology, including involvement in the company’s Clinical Accelerator Program where when a dentist purchases qualifying Dentsply Sirona equipment, their training is delivered through CDOCS. That said, CDOCS is an independent education community open to any dentist interested in digital dentistry.

- Resident — Access to the digital learning library, discussion boards, case analysis tools, and clinical resources.
- Fellow — Includes everything in Resident, plus Spear Online (1,500+ CE lessons), Spear Patient Education, CDOCS and Spear team access for up to 10 members, workshop discounts ($250 off), and more advanced resources.
- Mentor — Includes Fellow benefits, plus Dentsply Sirona World admission (a $1,995 value), a $500 workshop discount, Spear virtual seminars, a dedicated Mentor discussion forum, and annual workshop audit and mentor privileges.
- Mentor+ — The most comprehensive tier. Includes everything in Mentor, plus CDOCS GO, our guided online learning platform, and a $750 workshop discount.

Pricing varies by tier. Pricing for Resident, Fellow, Mentor and Mentor+ tiers is available on the CDOCS membership pages. The team encourages prospective members to reach out at 877.295.4276 for guidance specific to their needs. Many membership tiers include high-value benefits — like Dentsply Sirona World admission ($1,995 value) and Spear Online access — that significantly offset the membership cost.
Yes! Starting at our Fellow membership level, up to 10 team members can get their own CDOCS and Spear Online accounts. Spear Online offers role-based CE-eligible training for each respective position. Mentor+ also includes CDOCS GO — a comprehensive CE-eligible unique learning library for dentists, plus a peer-to-peer assistant training program covering CEREC, clear aligners, implants, endodontics, and cone beam. This means your entire clinical team can grow alongside you, which is especially valuable for practices building out same-day digital workflows.
When you purchase qualifying Dentsply Sirona equipment, you receive an education voucher that can be redeemed for a CDOCS workshop, plus a one-year Resident membership to CDOCS. You have 12 months from receipt of the voucher to schedule your workshop. Vouchers are provided by Dentsply Sirona and redeemed through CDOCS and can be transferred to another doctor at the same location, but only between doctors — not to non-dentist staff. Questions? CDOCS covers a broad range of digital dentistry disciplines, including CAD/CAM and CEREC restorative workflows, cone beam CT (CBCT) imaging, endodontics, orthodontics (including clear aligners), sleep therapy and implantology. The digital library includes 2,000+ clinical training videos, discussion boards, treatment planning assistance, troubleshooting guides and software update tutorials. Content is updated frequently to stay current with the latest materials and techniques.
Yes. CDOCS campus-based learning is AGD-approved, and one CE credit is earned for every hour of study. For example, a two-day hands-on workshop with 13 total study hours equals 13 CE units. Members at Fellow tier and above also have access to Spear Online, which provides more than 1,500 CE lessons that can be completed at your own pace from any device. Mentor+ members can also earn CE through CDOCS GO.
Yes — this is one of the most valued features of the CDOCS community. Members can upload clinical cases directly to the platform and receive real-time feedback from fellow members and faculty. It’s a powerful way to gain perspective on complex cases, improve your technique, and learn from a network of dentists who are genuinely invested in sharing what works. Mentor and Mentor+ members also have access to a private discussion forum for peer mentorship in a more focused setting.
Dentsply Sirona World is the dental industry’s premier annual event, hosted by Dentsply Sirona. The three-day conference features 65+ CE courses, clinical pathways for every experience level, hands-on sessions, product launches, and world-class entertainment. Admission (valued at $1,995) is included with CDOCS Mentor and Mentor+ memberships. CDOCS faculty and mentors play a prominent role in DS World’s educational programming, particularly around CEREC, CAD/CAM, and implant workflows.
CDOCS workshops are intensive two-day, in-person training experiences held at the Scottsdale, AZ, Charlotte, NC or Toronto, ON, Canada campuses. With a main focus on hands-on training, they’re designed to be immediately applicable with expert faculty teaching techniques you can use the very next Monday morning in your practice. Complimentary breakfast and lunch are provided both days, and attendees are invited to an onsite cocktail reception at the end of Day 1.
