Jeanette Lalli
RDH, FADHA
Jeanette is a licensed dental hygienist, national speaker, and advocate with extensive experience in professional leadership, education, and clinical care. In clinical practice, Jeanette brings over 7 years of experience in dental hygiene and has pursued advanced education in myofunctional therapy and airway management.
A 2018 graduate of Phoenix College, Jeanette has held numerous leadership roles within AzDHA and ADHA, including President and Vice President of the Arizona Dental Hygienists’ Association, ADHA District XI Delegate, and Chair of multiple committees focused on communication, events, and membership growth. She is the co-creator of the AzDHA Leadership Development Workshop, which mentors students and emerging professionals across Arizona. In recognition of her impact, she was honored with the 2022 ADHA Future Esther Wilkins Leadership Award and was selected as a 2021 ADHA Ted-Style Talk speaker.
She currently serves as an Education Advisor for CDOCS, contributing as one of the few hygienists in a national network of educators with experience managing Spear doctors and their teams to aid in educational goals and office production utilizing Spear Online resources. Her recent contributions include publishing an article on psychological safety in “Spear Digest” and serving as a guest panelist at Spear Education’s Practice Growth Forum.
Jeanette is also deeply involved in community outreach. She has volunteered extensively at public health events, including the Arizona Mission of Mercy, Oral Cancer Walk, MS Walk, and school-based oral health programs, including being featured on a local news station to educate the public on HPV and oral cancer. Her work reflects a strong commitment to patient education, public health, and professional mentorship.
Driven by a deep respect for the dental hygiene profession and desire to effect positive change, Jeanette continues to lead, educate, and advocate at every level of the dental profession.
