Michael Mingle 7-10 PFMs in place for 25 years with recurrent decay. Pt happy with the existing size and shape. I wanted to thin out and create a little more anatomy. After biocopy of originals I grouped and utilized incisal variation. Design took probably 10 minutes. These are MT A1 blocks. Really think this block is a nice alternative for the front teeth. This was completed today. I will see him back in 2 weeks for finals
