Dr. Conrad has been a CEREC user for years and was instrumental in creating a training DVD series that was a great inspiration to us here at cerecdoctors.com
He was an avid outdoorsman and no matter when you saw him, he was always smiling. Generous with his time and energy, his mission was to help spread the benefits of CEREC and he was very active in promoting the technology to dentists nationwide.
It is with great sadness that we celebrate his life and his contributions to the dental community.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be sent to the Conrad Family Memorial fund. The fund has been set up to help pay for funeral expenses. Any left over monies will be used to set up a college fund for Dr. Conrads young daughters.
From our family to theirs, we wish the Conrad family deep condolences and our warmest sympathies.
